Who is on the other side
I am a mentor and speaker, and the founder of Flow Group Brasil. I spent two decades in HR at multinationals, including Coca-Cola, BRF and Heineken, working across four continents, with an expatriate assignment in South Africa.
I started somewhere else: music and the factory floor, at the same time, at 18. That is where I saw the difference between being fully present in what you do and simply being busy, long before I knew it had a name and a science behind it.
Today I work with that difference at three scales. In the person, through mentoring. In the leader, through development. In the organization, through culture. The scale changes, the physics does not.
Every leader who comes to me already knows the answer. What they lack is clarity about the question.
